A deposit of THB3000 will be requested upon arrival for electricity costs. As consumption fluctuates between THB1000 and THB 3,500 depending on the traveler, an adjustment will be made on departure (refund of the difference or extra to pay according to consumption).

Housekeeping services are not available on daily basis during your period of stay. The amount you have paid is for the cleaning after your check out.
However, should you require housekeeping services daily, you can contact us to organize a cleaning with change of bed linens and towels for 800THB.
